1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JJY Data ("the Service"), operated by JJY Data LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

JJY Data provides AI-powered market intelligence through three products:

  • Ymir — Daily pre-market trading signals and analysis
  • Juno — Monthly scenario-based market strategy reports
  • Jupiter — Multi-quarter strategic models (coming soon)

The Service generates analysis using artificial intelligence, publicly available market data, and third-party data sources. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

JJY Data does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner with the SEC, FINRA, or any state regulatory authority. The information provided through our Service does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk, and that you should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

4. Hypothetical and Simulated Performance

Any performance data, accuracy metrics, scores, grades, or simulated portfolio returns displayed on the Service are hypothetical in nature and do not represent actual trading results. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations:

  • No actual money was at risk in generating these results
  • Simulations do not account for commissions, slippage, market impact, or liquidity constraints
  • Results assume all signals were followed exactly at the stated prices, which may not be achievable in practice
  • Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results

There is no guarantee that any account following our signals will achieve profits or avoid losses. Day trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Ymir and Juno) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel.

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice via email
  • Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
  • Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
  • You may resubscribe at any time at the then-current price

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or service outages that materially prevented access to paid features for an extended period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or republish our reports or analysis without written permission
  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Service
  • Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of securities regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, algorithms, or proprietary frameworks

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, analysis, frameworks, branding, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of JJY Data LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.

9. Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data, analysis, or report. The Service relies on third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance, NewsAPI, FRED, and Alpha Vantage) and AI models that may produce errors, delays, or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. Scheduled reports (daily briefs, monthly reports) may occasionally be delayed or missed due to technical issues, data provider outages, or market holidays.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJY Data LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or reliance on the Service or any information provided therein
  • Any investment decisions made based on our analysis or signals
  • Trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial harm of any kind
  • Service interruptions, data errors, or technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJY Data LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where JJY Data LLC is registered. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which JJY Data LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
