• Deliver your subscribed newsletter reports (Ymir morning brief, accuracy reports)
• Send product announcements related to JJY Data services
• Notify you about new product launches (Juno, Jupiter)

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your subscriber data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) DynamoDB, hosted in the US East (N. Virginia) region. AWS provides industry-standard encryption and security controls. We do not store your data in any other location or share it with third-party analytics services.

Email Delivery

Emails are sent via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Your email address is transmitted to AWS SES solely for the purpose of delivering your subscribed reports. No other third party has access to your email address through our delivery pipeline.

Cookies

JJY Data does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We may use essential cookies required for the website to function (e.g., session management) but do not track your browsing behavior.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or the Settings page
• Request data deletion — contact us to have your data permanently removed
• Request data export — contact us to receive a copy of all data we hold about you

Data Retention

We retain your subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your data will be marked as inactive. You may request permanent deletion at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

JJY Data is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy
